I work as an Engineering Manager at iDeals, and my journey in the field began back in 2014. I started my career by coding in Java and JavaFX, and later I delved into AngularJS, NodeJs, Angular, C#, and ReactJS. Throughout my career, I've held various leadership roles such as Team Lead, Tech Lead, and Project Lead. However, I made the decision to embrace Agile and find harmony in my work.

My experience spans across different types of companies, including outsourcing, outstaffing, startups, and product-based companies. I've experimented with various architectures and development approaches.

Over the years, I have also become a speaker and organizer of conferences in Ukraine and beyond. I hold an academic degree and have a passion for continuous learning, personal development, and progress. Additionally, I am a candidate for a Master of Sports in basketball.
