
Shannon Kelly is a UX and Digital Marketing Strategist with a BS in Multimedia and Web Design (2005) and over 18 years of product and digital marketing experience. She excels at (and is very passionate about) using data to optimize conversions and design better user experiences. She’s currently studying for a MS in UX Design at Kent State University and is a former UXPA Cleveland board member and ADPList mentor, where she’s helped countless individuals transition into the UX field and upscaled their careers.
