TestRail is a great test management system, but its standard functionality is often insufficient for complete automation and adaptation to the needs of teams. I personally encountered these challenges as well. Since I enjoy customizing and automating everything, I had plenty to work on. In my presentation, I’ll share how I integrated Artificial Intelligence for automatic test scenario generation , how you can customize the UI to make testers’ work more convenient (I’ll showcase basic plugins that will improve your workflow), and how to create more advanced plugins that extended TestRail’s integration capabilities with other systems.
