Case details
As I look into the market I see more companies moving into a ‘You build it - you own it’ mentality. Where does that leave the more traditional QA roles, and speaking of that: what exactly is a traditional QA role? Why are more and more companies mostly looking for technical QA positions? Why have the non-technical roles within Quality Assurance become so hard to describe - And how do we make sure the role doesn’t become an octopus for everything that doesn’t fit in other roles? In this talk I will share my thoughts on this topic, share some personal anecdotes from the past 17 years of working with test and quality, and talk about what I do in my everyday work life to make sure QA roles keep being relevant. I will also share how we work with Quality Assurance in Autoproff and how we are constantly looking for ways to be even better and deliver high quality products to our users.
