Flutter is an open-source UI framework for developing Multiplatform applications from a single codebase using declarative style programming. In this talk, we'll explore how Flutter builds for the Android OS and ways you can embed native android elements into Flutter applications. As someone with over 5 years of experience developing software for Android with a variety of Frameworks, I've often wished to be able to embed native android Activities and components in cross-platform projects as some functionalities are a lot easier (or better) to implement with native android development tools. Whether it's a developer package or a platform-specific functionality, you may one day find it practical to embed native android codes in a Flutter project and this talk would explore how Flutter makes that possible.        - After this talk, attendees would learn how Flutter builds android applications. - Attendees would get a feel of software development with Flutter. - Attendees would learn how to embed native android components in Flutter applications.
