Case details
As developers, we have all felt the need for front end databases at some point in time; one of the reasons being that it allows for rapid app development. The existing front-end databases, such as Firestore, are quite popular, but they have certain limitations which pose difficulty when structuring our queries. In this session, we will explore Fauna DB, a front-end database with GraphQL capabilities that has been built with modern apps in mind. We will also discuss how it is different from Firestore and at the end, we will also build a starter application with Fauna!
