GPU usage by Data Scientist tends to be limited to training deep learning models (neural networks). In this presentation, we will introduce open-source tools for end-to-end Data Science, including data processing/ETL, and non-deep learning models. We will compare performance of GPU implementations versus CPU implementations. Finally, we will introduce run:ai, a tool that optimizes GPU usage for organizations.
