Experiences in Risk Management takes you through the risk process, how it can be implemented and especially what works well and what doesn’t. Learnings will be shared from implementing risk management in different projects using different approaches, together with pitfalls and successes. As a result, a lightweight and agile approach, feasible in all situations and environments will be presented allowing for a kickstart risk-based testing strategy.
