Flutter is Google’s UI toolkit to create a beautiful natively compiled app, from a single code base. This is what Google says about flutter. Or at least what it used to say. But did you ever wonder how Flutter renders its app??? In this talk, I will dissect the Flutter Render Engine and explain to you how flutter renders its app. I will cover all 4 phases (Layout phase, Painting phase, Composition Phase and Rasterising phase) of app rendering that takes place. This would be super fun to know how it actually works.
