In this talk, we discuss the development and rollout of Mobile App Quality Assurance Strategy. We will begin our discussion with a systematic review of QA approaches (incl tools, processes) in the app industry, and provide insights into Zalando's evidence-based approach to Mobile App QA Strategy. Finally, we will outline how we executed our app QA strategy, resulting in significant app health and productivity wins.
