Some call it no-code or codeless, for others it's just an abstraction layer. Many tools promise easy creation of automation for non-technical people - but do they live up to these promises? Over 250 conversations with test automation engineers, test managers and software testers in the last 6 months paint a clear picture. In this talk I will present various solutions from both worlds with background information on functionality and use cases. In addition, I give an estimation of the further development in the industry and bring light into the darkness of marketing buzzwords.
