Shifting quality mindset from testing organization to engineering organization and perform Quality Assistance than Quality assurance”. We have driven our journey with an inverted pyramid of 1. heavily focused SDET Layer 2. an effective and efficient specialist layer both technically sound in domain and technology layer 3. a very thin and servant leadership powered chapter lead layer We have been successful in implementing a 80 / 20 model and enabled a smarter, multiskilled QA Teams to drive our agile efficiency and squad efficiency.
