Case details
In 1973, Simon Ramo made an observation that in tennis there are loser’s games and winner’s games. In a loser’s game, points are “lost” by the loser due to unforced errors more than they are “won” by the winner due to their skill. If we consider software engineering a loser’s game, in what ways do we commit unforced errors? And how can we learn to better play the game so we stop losing to ourselves?
