My talk will cover the use case of designing experience for use of generative AI in our product. I will introduce our product which is for telcos, discuss the industry, its transformation and need for AI in automating a slow moving industry. With this brief, I will explain the use case of iterating UX with design thinking and human computer interaction approach towards a near seamless experience in creating the chat bot design.
