Building E-Commerce applications is not an easy task. And we at Vue Storefront managed to found it out in a hard way and these lessons we would like to share with you. Thankfully, there are several E-Commerce platforms as well as the Content Management Systems, that you can choose to easily build your Online Store. In this talk, I would like to guide you through the process of building an e-commerce website, what platforms are available, what is the concept of Headless Commerce and how we address it in Vue Storefront, and finally why I think that the future of E-Commerce lies in Open-Source and JavaScript.
