Case details

"Despite progress in UX, accessibility is still treated as a checklist—reactive and rigid. This talk explores how AI can shift accessibility into a dynamic, personalized experience. By embedding AI into both product design and user interaction, we can better meet diverse needs, reduce exclusion, and create adaptive systems that evolve with the user." Details of the Issue I want to talk about : Today’s design systems are built for scale—but often not for difference. Accessibility is frequently retrofitted, resulting in rigid interfaces that fail to respond to the real-time, evolving needs of users with disabilities or neurodiverse conditions. This leads to frustration, exclusion, and a one-size-fits-all experience that undermines the core of human-centered design. The problem is twofold: 1. Designers lack tools that help them identify and address diverse accessibility needs early in the process. 2. Products are not built to adapt—once deployed, they serve a static version of accessibility. AI offers a powerful solution. Not just as a backend feature, but as an embedded layer in both the design workflow and the user experience itself. Imagine interfaces that adapt font size, contrast, navigation, or interaction modes based on a user’s contextual needs—automatically. Or design tools that alert designers in real-time when a flow might be cognitively overwhelming or not screen reader-friendly. In this session, I’ll share a use case from my work where we integrated AI into a goal-setting product to reduce cognitive overload and offer multimodal interactions. By tailoring content presentation and interface complexity based on user behaviors and accessibility profiles, we improved engagement and task completion—especially for neurodivergent users. This matters because accessibility isn’t static. It’s personal, contextual, and ever-evolving. AI gives us a way to respect that complexity—turning compliance into compassion, and rigid standards into responsive systems. In the future of UX, AI won’t just power features—it will power inclusion. About Author

Senior UX Designer

"The world can be an overwhelming place, so I help people connect with experiences and brands by telling stories as a UI/UX Designer"

From a self-taught teenager to an experienced designer, I've dedicated my career to crafting user experiences that are both delightful and accessible. Design has been my passion since I was 16, self-taught through YouTube, internships, and following inspiring designers. After 3 years, I dared to chase my dream, moving to the UK for a formal UX education. I completed masters in design where I gained a desire to empower everyone, regardless of ability, to engage with technology seamlessly. My Master's thesis project, "Able," was a turning point, transforming my passion into a concrete solution. Now, I bring both research and creative problem-solving to the table, I believe in creating designs that are intuitive, accessible, transparent, and user friendly. I also believe in watching the same old movies again. Other than designing I love to talk about philosophy, sketch, cook, and hike.
