Case details

With the advent of Generative AI, many applications have been called to provide Copilots to provide added-value services. In this first use-case, adding a Copilot to an application may or may not be straightforward. In fact, Copilots are called to wrap user's questions in a contextualized prompt which has the goal to avoid hallucinations or misunderstandings. The lesson learned in these applications is leveraging the metadata behind the application services or components which greatly ease the Copilot development. But Copilots there are many other opportunities in using the power of Generative AI such as semantic search, product recommendations, AI-driven focus assistants in GUIs, content proposal systems and much more. In this session we will discuss how to prepare an application to get the most of the current potential and be ready for the future.
