Grace is a Design Director at Accenture Song, where she leads a European Conversation Design Hub. She has nearly 20 years’ experience in content, advocating a content-first approach and its power to shape the best user experience possible. She worked as a content designer at The Dock, one of Accenture’s global innovation hubs for several years. More recently she has specialized in the growing field of conversation design —namely how we should design machine-human conversation. Grace has been a lecturer for copy and content in the Technological University of Dublin since 2018.
